Thank You For the World So Sweet

Words: Traditional, Music by Tory Hoff

This song should be repeated as many times as the leader wants, in order to surprise the children as to whether the song will end on the first "amen" (the second ending) or continue on for another repeat. Adding gestures to the song increases the surprise; we suggest using the action from Sharon, Lois and Bram's song "Skinnamarink" (see picture) and switching hands on "sweet", "eat" "sing", "everything", and all of the "amens".
